Paz E., Ph.D.
Paz holds an M.S. in food science and nutrition from North Carolina State University and a Ph.D. in food chemistry from Cornell University. She has two years of postdoctoral research experience in a mineral nutrition laboratory at Baylor College of Medicine. She has experience editing manuscripts in the field of nutrition and food science and is a member of the American Society for Nutrition. Paz's work has been published in several scientific journals including the Journal of Nutrition, the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, and the Journal of Food Science, to name a few.
